Over the past year I have worked on losing weight and have lost around 40 pounds. I went from 195 to 155! I am still working on my body and losing more weight. I am so proud of myself and happy that I am able to share my weight loss journey with others. I wanted to share a few of my favorite workouts and things I do to stay in shape and work on my body. Here are a few of my favorite things to do.

I love to run Obstacle Course Races ( OCR's) My favorite is Rugged Maniac. I have ran it 4 times. You can check out some of the post here, here and here.
I also work out 4-5 days a week. I do 30 minutes of cardio/3 miles and I do 30-45 minutes of weight lifting. This is what has really toned me up.
