Weight Loss Update

I have hit my lowest weight..again! I am currently sitting at 153! That is 42 pounds gone officially. It is taking so much hard work and dedication to lose this weight. It is not easy and for anyone that says losing weight and dieting is easy...screw you because it is not. I have 8 more pounds to go to get to my new goal weight of 145! 


I am not starving myself or anything like but right now but currently, I am not eating dinner a lot. My appetite has changed so much that I am never hungry in the evenings anymore, especially after a good workout. I typically eat some fruit at night and that is about it. My biggest meal is lunch. I try to eat healthy at lunch but eat a good bit when I eat. 

I am working out 5/6 days a week for a hour or more a day. I am either at the gym doing cardio with 3+ miles a day and 30 to 40 miles of machine weights and free weights or I am playing softball for 1-2 hours a day which is so much cardio. Either way, I am running, sweating and using my arms so much.


I also have a good bit of 5's and OCR races coming up. I am super pumped about them. Saturday I have the Hard Cider Run and in a few weeks I have my first OCR of the season, Rugged Maniac. I am really hoping to cut down on my time finally since I have lost so much weight and I am in a much better physical shape this time. I did much better the last Rugged Maniac due to losing weight but I was still about 15 pounds heavier so I am hoping since I have lost more, I will do better. Fingers crossed! 

I am hoping to hit my goal weight before my cruise this fall in October so I have to keep pushing, washing what I eat and working out hard every week!!
