Weightloss Journey

Since January, when  I was 195 pounds, I have really been trying to lose weight. I was working out at home, doing workout dvd's, running on the treadmill and zumba and a few weights. I was losing weight but not at the speed I wanted to. In March, right after my birthday, I joined the gym. Since then, I have not looked back. I work out 5 nights a week and I eat healthy. I am able to say no to food that I do not need in my body and I am so much happier because of it. 
This has not been an easy road by no means. I have wanted to give up so many times. There has been so many nights that I have not wanted to go to the gym but I do not want to gain a single pound back. I want to lose another pound, I want to get back to the girl I used to be when I was smaller and happier except this time I want to be healthier. 
I am turning into one of those people that document everything online and in pictures. If you follow my instagram, @rsilski87, you will see that I work out alot and I show off a ton, I can't help my self! I took a bunch of before pictures and when I took those, I felt horrible. I was so ashamed of how big I was but now that I have lose 18 pounds and see a change already, I feel so much better and I am so much closer to my goal. 

I want to lose another 23 pounds. If I do that I will be at 155. I will then see if I want to lose more or if I want to stay that weight. I am thinking I will want to lose more but we will see. My ultimate goal is to be able to run the Spartan Sprint and look good in those Nike Shorts with a sports bra and feel good about myself!
