Goals

So I have been working out for a few months now and I have lost 11 pounds so far. I know that's not a ton but when you are trying to lose, every pound matters. I am not letting it define who I am but I do love seeing that number get smaller every time I step on the scale. I haven't noticed my weight loss so much in my clothes yet. I am hoping that happens after I lose a few more pounds. 

My Starting Weight was
193

My current weight is
 182

My next goal weight to get to is
165
 


Once I get to 165 I want to evaluate how I look and feel and see if I want to keep losing or toning. I do not plan on getting rid of my gym membership at all.  I am also looking forward to when my muscles actually show up and are not just flab!



 I am starting to feel better as well. I do not get winded as easily. I am able to do more at the gym. I finally got my mile time down to 11.36 minutes. I have never had that good of a time. I am hoping to have it under 10 by the time I run Rugged Maniac in May. 

Losing weight feels amazing and it is great to be finding myself again!
