Weight Loss Update

I haven't posted in a few weeks about my weight but I wanted to share how the progress is going. I am really starting to push myself and work hard and try to do more. I no longer take the bus to my car in the evenings, I walk.I find I feel better if I can get a minimum 10,000 steps in a day. I am not stepping on a scale at all. I feel like my scale discourages me and I quit to easily when I try to lose weight and I check my weight every week. I tend to get obsessed with it. I am thinking of only weighing in on the first of every month. I know when I do bad and I know when to make changes.
 
I am working out 5 nights a week. I am doing Zumba, kickboxing, leg/arm stuff, running, and walking dvd's. I like to mix it up and not stick to one thing. I do not want to get bored and quit easily on my goal. I feel that having the fitbit and jawbone have helped a lot as well. They show me how active I am and sometimes how active I am not. I know what days I do less and I am trying to make an effort to do more on those days, which are the weekends. I now feel guilty if I do not work out 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes. The biggest place I have notice a weight loss is my face. It is starting to look skinnier. Now if the stomach could go that way!

My biggest hurdle right now, is eating better. I do good for a few weeks and then I do bad again. I need to find a better meal plan and stick to it. I need to be better motivated to do what is needed to lose weight. I have a goal, and I want to look good in a bathing suit this year. I know I can do it before May, I just have to focus.
