I haven't posted a weight loss update in awhile! I am back into the swing of things and I am working hard to lose some weight. I have set a goal of losing 30 pounds all together and by May I want to have lost 10. It is a easy goal and I know I can get there. I just have to be strong and workout and stay determined.
The first week of January, I was at a low point. I went to the doctor and the scale said I weighed 193. I was so upset and I was in a bad mood after it. I did not let it get me down though. I know I ate horrible over the holidays and it showed. I went and bought a new scale at home finally. I took the time to buy decent scale that was digital. My old scale was off by about 5 pounds. I weight myself the night I bought and the next morning and I weigh 183. That is amazing. That is a 10 pound difference from the doctors office. Now I want to get to 173 by May. I jsut have to push my self to get there.
I have a workout regime down. I workout 6 nights a week and give myself off one day. I switch up my workout as well so I do not get bored or tired of doing the same thing. I typically run on the treadmill, do a 45 minute zumba workout or some workout dvds, or I use an app and do a bunch of leg stuff. I get the best results from running but I get so bored running 45 minutes every night. I am hoping I stick with this and do not give up. I feel so good when I workout and I want to stick with it and meet my goals.
I really hope that my next post on my weight loss will be a bigger loss and some good numbers!
