Cream Cheese Cinnamon Bars

With fall coming up, I love making new desserts and baking. I don't like to bake during the summer. Only fall and winter. I know, I am odd. I make this dessert from time to time. It is super easy to make and only takes a few minutes to put together. With me, I love a quick, easy and yummy recipe.

Here is what you need:

Cream Cheese Cinnamon Bars
2-large tubes Pillsburry crescents rolls
1-cup sugar
1-tsp vanilla
2-8oz cream cheese softened
3/4-cup sugar
1-stick butter
1-tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla(the best thing to use is a kitchen aid mixer! It makes the job go quicker and easier) Unroll one of the tubes of crescents but do not pull them apart. Put them on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescents. Put the other tube of crescents over the cream cheese. Pour the melted butter over the crescents. (I do not use all the butter..this is all on you) Mix 3/4 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle it over the top. Bake for the 30 minutes then enjoy. We eat this hot or cold. It is good hot with some vanilla ice cream or even fluff and nutella on top.
