Fueled Pack Your Day with Plenti Yogurt


Over the past few years, I have learned to love yogurt. I could not stand it as a child but now, it is part of my daily routine. I just discovered Plenti Greek Yogurt and I have to share my love for it.

Most days I have yogurt in my morning smoothie. Other times I take some yogurt with me to work and eat it as a late breakfast or an afternoon snack. I had the strawberry flavored Plenti for a late snack at work and it was delicious. It was the burst of energy I needed and it didn't bog me down like other snacks do. 
Now if you know me, you know I am big into running and this is perfect for a good snack to help with my training for my 5k's. I am also trying to lose weight due to being diagnosed with PCOS. It can sometimes be hard to find a good snack that taste good and is good for you but luckily I found Plenti

I have added extra stuff before to my yogurt when I felt it was missing something but with Plenti Yogurt you do not have to do that. Plenti Yogurt is Greek yogurt with whole grain oats, flax & pumpkin seeds and delicious fruit mixed right in. It is also gluten free for all of my gluten free friends out there!
