30 Day Fit Challenge

I have slacked off lately on my working out. I have decided to challenge myself and would love if others joined in! There is no money needed or anything like that. It is all just goal orientated. I want to lose 20lbs and get back to the size I was 2 years ago. I have gained a good bit after getting off my medicines I was on for years. I am the only one who can change it and no one else will do it for me. 

Here is what I plan on doing:

The 30 day challenge to me is to workout for 30 days straight for at least 30 minutes a day. I love cardio but some days it does not happen. I have so many other workouts I can do easily in my own home. After the 30 days are up, I am going to check my weight and see how it went for me. Fingers crossed it goes good. I really hope I stick with it. 

I started on Wednesday with this challenge. So far I am doing good and keeping with it. The big key part for me is I am determined, I am switching up my workouts so I do not get bored with them and motivation. I have printed out a picture of me and keep it near my treadmill and workout equipment. It is from when I was smaller. I do not have a picture of other people. I am my own motivation and can do this. My goal is not un-realistic. I want to lose 20lbs before October. If I can lose 5 lbs a month, I will make my goal easily! 

My favorite workout right now is running. I love my treadmill most days and lately I have been loving it! I put on YouTube and play songs I love. I run the entire song, walk while looking for a new song and then run the entire next song. I find it is a nice distraction and instead of staring at the distance and time fields on the treadmill, I watch music videos!
