With it being 2015 and everyone is making resolutions...I have decided to not make a resolution. I want to lose weight but I am not going to focus on just that. I am not going to restrict myself by making a resolution. With that said...I do plan on losing weight.
Now..for my weight....
This is the heaviest weight I ever get to. I never let my self get past this weight but losing it is never easy. I have a game plan already in action.
First..I am eating better. I am cutting alot of carbs out of my diet. That is my biggest problem. I am eating more fruits and veggies. I am also planning on doing Bento Lunches. I have seen some good sets, I just have to find one that won't break the bank. If you know of any, let me know!
Second...after I completely switch my eating habits I am getting a treadmill. Lucky for me I am getting one for free from one of my best friends. We are both in the weight loss game together and we can't do it without each other.
Third...do not give in. I can not give in to food and pressure. I have to stay on this diet. I am not saying I won't go out to eat and stuff anymore but I will be more conscious when I do. I will no longer eat fast food and stuff just because it is there. They are plenty of other healthy options that I can get and some cost alot less!
I will be happy when I get back to my ideal weight!
