I am a re-reader. I tend to do that a-lot. I buy books on my nook color or I have the books from before I got my nook. I find a book I love, I read it over and over again. My problem is that it is hard for me to find a book or series that I like. Once I do, I can't stop reading it or put it down. I don't like buying books just off a whim because I worry I won't like them. I have to have someones recommendation before I buy them. I have certain types I like.
There are a few series/books that I keep re-reading.
1. Twilight series. I know...some people hate this series but I love it. #TeamEdward I love it mostly because of the whole romance and not so much the whole sparkly vampire/stupid werewolf drama. It's a good series. I have certain parts I love. I DESPISE the second book and have to force myself to read it because of Jacob.
2. In Death Series. This is written by J. D. Robb who is actually Nora Roberts. It is a LONG series. Into the 30s now in books. I love it. It follows a cop around New York in the future. It is also has to do with her romance and her super hot husband. I am not really re-reading this one but still reading it as it comes out with new books. Every now and then I may re-read the first few.
3. Fifty Shades of Grey. Shoot me now. I know. You hate or love this series. I love me some Christian. It isn't the whole kinky sex part of it. I am able to get past that and sometimes I skip over that when I read it. I really like the romance and the Christian. I only wish the ending was not rushed and we would have gotten more of a glance into their future.
4. The Hunger Games. I mean honestly..who else doesn't love ass kicking Katniss and some Peeta? The movies make it that much better! I love everything about this series and I never skip over anything when re-reading.
I know I listed off some of the "popular" books series but I can't help it. I am a sucker for love. I am looking for some new books to read. I do have a few on my nook waiting for me to read. I just have to stop re-reading stuff. Any suggestions?
