Weigh in?

So I have seen alot of weigh in stuff going down today! So here's my little weight story :)
I am not skinny nor big..I am fun size! I could use to shed a fewwww pounds but the hubs says I am just fine the way I am...points to the hubs! I will even tell you my weight..starting off I was 180 a year or so ago..I got down to 155 and then back up to 170. I am now a whopping 162. I did not gain any poundage over the holidays..go me! But I do want to lose a few pounds. I am happy the way I am but I would love to wear a dress without the food baby showing!

So.....I plan on starting Zumba again tonight. I cut out fast food a long time ago...I cut out soda forever ago! H20 is my best friend. Exercise..not so much! So we shall track my lovely weight loss and see how it goes! Cheers!

  3. You're lucky you cut out fast food a long time ago... that shit is seriously one of my weaknesses that I'm trying to beat! Soda too. I'm doing good, but I know the temptation will be there!

  4. Exercise is not my friend, either!! In fact, we haven't seen each other in a very long time ;) Good for you for cutting out fast food and sodas, I know that can be the hardest part for some people. Good luck!!!:)

  6. Good for you for cutting fast food and soda, every once in a while that stuff calls to me.

    I do love a good workout, although I'm seriously uncoordinated for Zumba to the point I had to run in place my first class until I could see what they were doing.
