So I have recently started a new diet. I even went shopping with the husband and got healthier food for me to eat. He is even on board and trying to eat better. I want to lose about 15-20 lbs and getting skinny!! I am not big but I am not like..little! I ma average I guess. Well here is my lovely lunch today.
Carrots and 70 calorie chicken noodle soup. I know, it does not sound the best..but hey a girl has to do what she has to do. I would prefer some Doritos with a nice sandwich right about now(My friend Alex always brought sandwiches and chips...makes me think of her) but I was told to cut out breads. Do people know how hard it is to cut out bread??? Holy crap that is one of the hardest ones to do.....okay I am done ranting for the day..possibly. Back to eating my boring lunch!
